Where body and mind move together

A Chartered Psychologist and pioneer of family-centred Dance Movement Psychotherapy, supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, their families, and the schools and organisations around them.

Movement is a language.

Before words, we communicate through the body. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred, developed through doctoral research alongside families of non-verbal autistic children. It brings movement-based connection into everyday life — helping children build communication, confidence, and connection, and helping families connect more deeply with their child. First through tele-therapy during the pandemic, and in person since.

Three strands, one embodied approach.
